Capital management
The participation of the Company’s Risk Management in the planning process is described in the Company Risk Management Standards as well as in the Group Risk Management Standards. In particular, the Company’s Risk Management performs a risk review on any prospective intra-group transactions from both a quantitative and qualitative perspective. In addition, the Company relies on support from other Group Risk Management functions for certain tasks in its risk oversight of planning.

Shareholder’s equity
As of 31 December 2017, shareholder’s equity amounted to CHF 179 million consisting of legal reserves from capital contributions of CHF 166 million, share capital in an amount of CHF 10 million and net income for the financial year of CHF 3 million.
