Our responsibility towards Swiss Re employees

One of the primary means of checking our progress in these areas is through the employee engagement survey, conducted every other year. In 2013, 74% of our employees took part. Results improved over the 2011 survey, and although no Group-wide actions were specified, there are many working groups or teams who analyse their division or department results to see where improvements can be made.
